Non-responsive when problems occu

I have dealt with these folks for several years with only one problem - they didn't fill a gift subscription to my son.
They HAD a phone number that one could use to contact them - and I did; said problem would supposedly be resolved quickly as they agreed I had paind for, but for some reason, did not recieve said subscription.
A year later - no subscription, they post no phone number, and have only their website to contact them.
I have tried to repeatedly, over the past 5 months. I get a NEW case number each time I do, even though I have provided my old case numbers, and an email confirming my email which says that I will be contacted in 2-3 days. No way. NOTHING - no more email from them, till the next complaint, and then only a confirmation of receipt.
MONTHS later, - AND a new case # each time I email them, same old, same old.
I renewed my subscriptions for next year earlier this year and have no way to contact them but through their "contact online", which is truly NOT responsive.
Their service could and has been good until this year (and last year's missing subscription)-
A word of advice - if you have faith that your order will be honored, good - but pray for no problems because there seems to be no way to resolve them that is effective.
Your credit card won't help you as you're past the date to complain by the time you rrealize there is a problem.
Too bad, a good business gone bad.
