Select Cabinets Poorly Fitted and Backsplash Not Finished

While I paid for "SELECT" cabinets, those I received were definitely not. The wood piece separating the doors of the undersink cabinet is attached to one side! If I close the wrong one first, they don't close at all.

While the workman himself tried very hard to make the cabinets work, it was a poorly measured and planned job. They did not even continue the backsplash behind the range (which I also bought from them). Just bare wall there when they left.

Couldn't believe it. They have sent 2 workmen to look... Neither has seen any problem at all.
