Took my money for a dating service and would not refund it

I purchased this dating service on 10-26-06, with the full potential of using all of the services including havin my picture taken by a professional photographer. The photographer canceled, which I can understand the circumstanses and we resceduled, but due to an illness I had to cancel.

As I got into the end of November, bad feelings were surrounding me and I had a notion that this was not going to work out with this company, because things were not progressing as they should have. I was calling them instead of them calling me.

I lost my 2nd job to pay for this service and I asked them for a refund due to the job loss. I have not received any services for this purchase at all. I called then several times and to no avail would anyone call me back, and when they did, I was told that only the manger could refund me the money under special circumstances and guess what I wasn't one of those with special circumstances.

If I spend this kind of money on a dating service I expect them to kiss my feet and I have not have that kind of experience with them, actually I have received nothing but heartache over having to pay the credit card company. I am widowed and I don't make a lot of money and this expense has been a hardship on me. I was just looking for some happiness in my life, but with this kind of experience I think I would rather do without.
