The Frightmare
Horrible haunted house, rip off, wouldn't give money back, bad service!

On Halloween me and a group of friends went to The Frightmare Haunted House. It was $15/person. This haunted house was a joke. The set up was horrible and there were lights shining above. Aren't haunted houses suppose to be dark and scary? For $15 it should have been much better. It lasted for maybe 7-10 minutes. At the end they try to get you to tip them. They claim the "actors" in the haunted house are all volunteers. A friend had worked for them and he told us this was a lie.

We asked for our money back and they refused. As we walked out we told other people how bad the haunted house was. The owner came out and chewed me out for doing this. I complained about my haunted house experience.instead of apologizing he threatened to call the cops. He yelled at us to get off of his property. Even though at this point we were in the parking lot where there are a lot of other business' by the haunted house. It is wrong to charge $15/a person for crap! They move locations each year. Don't go to this haunted house! They are unethical!
