False Advertising, Poor Customer Service, Inferior Product Quality

I purchased a phone from LLCellular on Ebay in July. The phone was advertised as NEW. Upon receipt of the phone, it appeared to be new, but after three months of use, the camera quit, the phone began shutting off randomly and the screen quit working.

I contacted the manufacturer of the phone to exercise the warranty as I believed the phone to be new. The manufacturer said the phone had no warranty as it was not new; it had been originally purchased and put into service in 2005.

I contacted LLCellular through Ebay twice and they asked me to call. After several call attempts, the phone was finally answered. They wanted me to ship the phone back to them at my expense. I insisted they send a call tag if they wanted it back and on a full refund. I was placed on hold and after 30 minutes, they disconnected the line. I called back (on a land line) and they kept telling me the line was breaking up and they could not hear me. I have sent another email, but they have not responded.

LLCellular is a dishonest company that uses false advertising tactics, has horrible customer service and as my product was actually a USED phone, they obviously sell sub-standard products.
