Ebay alert - sells rebuilt damaged reconditioned and defective phones poor customer service threatening

I purchased a "NEW" in the box Motorola v400 phone that turned out to have parts from 3 other similar phones (different models) with a generic battery. The phone also had a part missing. I called the company and the people said they would have a supervisor call back... But they did not. These people are rip-off artists! I sent the phone back with delivery confirmation and never got a refund! This nasty EBAY SELLER, LLCellular DID NOT REFUND OR REPLY. NO Email or any other kind of response from these scammers! These people threaten to leave neagtive feedback unless you leave them positive feedback - but do not do it! Report these people to as many Agencies and Bureaus as possible. Please. These people must be stopped so they do not continue to screw so many people and give Ebay a bad name!
