Don't buy a dog from this woman ripoff

I can't believe that this woman is still selling dogs to people. I can't believe that Canton is still letting her rent a space to sell her dogs.

I bought a female chihuahua from Diane in April. She too also told me that she would mail me the papers and had me fill out a self-addressed envelope. Three years later and I never received my papers after calling her numerous times and writing to her.

She always had an excuse. They sent her the wrong papers, or she had been sick in bed with the flu, and on and one it went. I too, after I had already purchased the dog and had gotten the run around about it's papers found out that Diane was called to court, not just once but twice for cruelty to animals.

She was found to have sick and dying dogs in her garage stacked cage upon cage and had a room in her house where she raised birds that were taken care of as bad as the dogs. The judge told her that she had to get rid of all but five of her dogs.

This woman needs to be hauled off to jail, locked up and throw away the key. I even have doubts that my female chihuahua is really a chihuahua. She was tiny when I got her (1 1/2 pounds) and was suppose to be a toy and only get around 4-5 pounds. She is 9 pounds now and does not look like a full blood chihuahua.

I would advise anyone who has had contact with Diane McInnis to contact Dog Town in Canton and the courts in Bryan to let them know that three years later this woman is still at it. I will look for the article that I found from one of the Bryan newspapers where she was arrested and went before the judge and if I can find it I will post the name of the judge for anyone else that would like to put an end to this woman taking advantage of dog lovers who want a registered, healthy dog.
