We contacted IC Services about obtaining information on Government Grants we would be eligible for to expand our small business. They informed us they charged a one time fee of $464.00 which was good for one year, and if in that time we did not get a grant that they would give us a list of that we were eligible for, our money would be refunded.
We received an Application, filled it out and returned it as instructed to the company address in Beaverton, Oregon, and one week later our application was returned to us. We attempted to call the only number we had and that was blocked. I even had my phone service (Comcast) attempt a call and they also received the blocked message.
I went to the BBB website only to find several complaints, many not responded to.
