I am from Oklahoma. I received a reference for this company from the State Tax Commission. They told my wife they had good reports from this company's success rate. The Tax Commission gave us there contact information.

Of course, we believed this to be a reputable company since we got their information and a referal from our State Tax Commission.

They prequalified us for a small bussiness grant. Asked us to sign a contract and send them $464. After which, they sent us a survey/application to fill out and return. We were to include a detailed estimation of the cost to open our bussiness.

Things seemed to be okay. We were told we were approved for a grant, although they couldn't disclose how much yet. We had to go through an 8 week waiting period.

After that, they once again told us we were approved. They were to send us a letter disclosing how much, confirmation numbers, and the contact information for the Government agencies giving us the money.

We never received the letter. It suddenly became very hard to contact them. Finally we were told the would resend the letter. It never came. Still very hard to contact them, they promised to E-mail the letter to us. We received no E-mail.

It was 6 months ago that we contacted IC Services for a grant. It has now been 6 weeks since they said they would send us a confirmation letter. We have not been able to contact them again. All calls were being forwarded to voice mail. No messages were ever returned. Now, all calls are being blocked.

Hard to believe we were Scammed by a company recommended to us by our State Tax Commission.
