Dishonest behavior, talk you into a sweet contract then slap charges and threaten Tampa

Moving van lines gets to you through a internet website and beats the competitors quotes-their way of luring you into a contract. Once they got us into a contract via email with a downpayment (non refundable), the cheating/lying started. After they loaded up our stuff, they made us sign papers for additional baggage and said don't worry "just sign the papers so we can get your stuff moving and mean while you can talk to the quote guy and he'll fix the issue". It was an out of state move and our stuff arrived on a friday evening around 6pm central time 2 days later than promised. They wanted an additional 1000 dollars and the manager on the phone refused to let his movers unload the truck. He dishonestly told us to claim as much as possible from the insurance company and pay him the money imm. When we refused He threatened us on the phone that if we didnot pay cash upfront (no credit cards) they would store our stuff for the weekend and make us pay for storage. My baby was 7 months old at that time and his crib and baby stuff was all on the truck. I pleaded with him to settle this matter on monday but to get our stuff right now and he was verbally abusive on the phone saying that he does not give a * about the baby. I was in tears and we were on the verge of calling the police to settle the matter. We ended up paying another 1000 above the quote just to get our stuff back. On Monday when we called them we were given the roundabout on "please hold". This particular man's name is Giovanni - a supervisor. MY advise - don't ever use this company. A rotten apple like him spoils the rest.
