Cvs targets customers for consumer racial profiling/slander/libel

I entered a CVS store in downtown Detroit and was immediately confronted by an individual with a gun. That individual barked an order at me, when I asked him what he said. He stated in a harsh and disrespectful way, "I said put the bag on the counter." I asked him did he work at the store. He stated he did (he was not wearing any uniform or CVS attire). I put my bag on the counter and asked if someone would watch it-he said he would. I noticed plenty of customers were in the store with their bags-strange. I walked down an aisle for my item which was not in, and went to get my bag with the aforementioned individual no where near it. My entire time in the store at this point was about 60 seconds. As I went to exit I could see the individual waiting at the exit for me, as I left he told me to get my hands up and patted me down in the store in front of all the customers. My ID was demanded and when he saw my college ID - he bacame uneasy. I asked him for ID. He calls me into the store and he shows me he is a Detroit cop moonlighting as a LPS guard. I then told him he was going to be sorry he profiled me and showed him the latest issue of Billboard magazine -with me in it in a half page article. Facts:
-I am a very public figure and false allegations like this led to the magazine article and 50,000 others. I filed a complaint with CVS and THEIR consumer affairs immediately told me the guy was absolutely wrong in a taped conversation. I filed a complaint with the Michigan Civil Rights Department and CVS responded with 2 pages of pure lies, slander, libel, and defamation. According to them the officer said I acted "suspiciously"- I looked like someone that stole from the store the day before, they left out the pat down - that the fact I own a rap label was enough to side with them. The one thing they did not do was simply give the security tapes of the incident showed who was lying and who was not. I see there are very simlar incidents of this consumer racial profiling involving CVS everywhere online. See www.stopalldiscrimination.com. I am suing.
