Like many others I thought it would be amusing to have a foreign driving licence so I sent off 600 to Harry Flashman's account in Budapest and he laughed all the way to the bank. I never heard another word from him. This guy is a thieving little *t and I hope someone breaks his legs to teach him a lesson.
