Driving licence scam!
The scam is one of transferring/obtaining driving licences and exchanging categories/removing speeding points through the transferrence of EU licences via other countries.
Below is a copy and paste of the instruction (including request NOT to mention Driving licences on the bank transfer) that was sent by the scam artist in question. His name is Mr. Lee Fletcher.

The bank above has been made aware of lee fletcher's activities.
As you can see this chap specifies not to place anything in the way of a licence description in the transfers.
The amounts are always the same: Mr: Fletcher requires (for a transfer of licence only) 299 GB Pounds for which he offers to return a Polish licence. For an additional 99 GB Pounds he informs his clients that he can transfer this to a licence of the country of choice within the EU.
Mr. Fletcher also offers 2 day driving packages with guaranteed licence passes for which he requires a 400 GB Pounds deposit.
This is a scam!!!
Mr. Fletcher is not actually providing any service whatsoever and is actually stealing money from vulnerable and gullible people who are then usually too afraid to speak to the authorities.
For your information: Mr. Fletcher works from these websites: Lambertpa.com and myidforum.com You will see that these are both written by the same person and upon enquiry it is Mr. Fletcher who answers.
I do hope that this helps to clean up a rather unsavoury character who is ripping people off!
