You were burnt by this company as so have many are in the same boat as you are. Who are the people suing them and who is their defending attorney; you seem to have some inside very detailed information on these two men. What operation or business name are you speaking of in Florida did they operate from additional names if you have them? Jim and David are a part of what operation in Florida, what did they do in Florida? Who in Local Choices is sending out those bogus legal letters to their former employees; we all know that Jim Vicent and David Capreol are the masterminds in their acts and instruct employee's to do this for them; but who exactly, do you know the person's name? Have you contacted any of their agents or President? Do you have additional information that can be posted? Who are the names of the former employees, how many were terminated and given NSF checks again? Have you contacted the States Attorney's Office? Did you notice or hear anything strange or illegal while you were employed there besides what you already know? Do you have copies of anything that can be submitted to law enforcement agencies? Finally, what did you do for the company, what was your position? They have gone through several office managers there that have left with documentation about this company and particularly about this Jim Vincent and a Florida company he worked for involving a kiosk scam. There's informatin out there...

Last, you need to gather all of your information and contact all people employed by this company. I agree all wanted to be paid, isnt' that the norm in companies, but, they don't pay, so, people fight back. Besides, Jim talks too much about his past and many more things in the office like all of his business negotiations with his investors and business partners. If you have any information, then you and the rest can begin informing their investors and business partners; they hurt their former employee's with money they owe them and their families, but, will they like it when the same is done to them?
