This report only concerns one facet of the liar and thief mentioned.in Livermore; full service machine shop for sale. Price $30,000.00. He didn't return my call for a few days. I related my experience as a machinist
and looked forward to seeing the business. The drive was 35 miles. I made the trip numerous times. We did not agree on the final purchase price because of machine age etc.

I made 4 payments to him and a 5th to keep the rent paid, until I found a suitable location. Let me say now, that this would never have occurred if only I had done some easy searching in Alameda County Court Records. Therein lies the real nature of this swindler. As it turns out he owed the IRS back taxes and owed state and local tax franchise boards also. The machines he intended to sell me had liens placed upon them. So essentially Precision Technologies only existed on paper. Then he tried to convince me to partner up for a percentage of the company.

This trick didn't work for him. I had taken business courses at Heald College. I further said I don't need his assistance and that I be given back my investment.

The shop is still 70 % intact when he gives me a key. This happens in June. Its only right to let the reader know that he has played this scenario out on prior aspiring people. But, he ran into the likes of the H.A. And was not able to involve his other con artist cohorts, namely family members, unemployed friends, retired con men. And his absurd dog.

To bring this testimony up to speed I will give all remaining facts. The business is no longer, The bulk of the machines he sold to a liquidator, for 25,000.00 he claims. I have kept in contact and maintained I would let the debt ride.in the course of a year and a half the currency purchases he made with the money from me has collected and is now worth 6.25 times the original purchase price.

The only way he claims he can pay me back now is if he works for me. This is not going to happen.
I will not and have not ever considered a partnership with this scan artist. The reader may be wondering why I haven't been to court yet. This is about the individual named Larry D. McCarty and the subsequent injury he sustained at the hands of a enforcer. This fool Larry D. McCarty used this injury as an excuse to have to liquidate the shop for financial emergency. He makes the assertion that his injury was a result of negligence on the part of the homeowners association he thinks he belongs to. Nothing could be more false. He rents the shack he lives in. He tries to impress people with an aging M.B.Z. He puts on a front that he is a religious man. He has outrageous spending habits He hates his ex-wife and blames her for his petty troubles.

And the list goes on. If the reader can relate to this presentation, I hope you verify all the supposed
details. I am now left with the option of Superior Court, and that costs. But I will be the better witness and have attorney assistance, and receive a judgement inclusive of interest, attorneys fees, court fees, vicarious liability as a result of the fraud perpetrated and personal satisfaction at hearing the testimony of some scooter trash that helped Larry D. McCarty steal my inheritance.
