Internet Fraud, demanding a deposit and failing to provide services and return my deposit

This moving carrier committed fraud by not accepting initial form of payment through credit / debit card for $444.00 deposit. Carrier hounded me for my checking account info for same account as debit card with several calls until information was provided. Note that they did accept credit cards and was given the number. I believe this was to protect the company in case a complaint was made, found justified and the credit card vendor was to withdraw and return my funds. I firmly believe and orived to be true rthat this company had no intention of following thru on my move. My problem is this vendor has failed to return my deposit.
I contracted with this company on 9/12/07 for a 9/24/07 or 9/25/07 pickup. I never recieved a call as to whether or not my load had been contracted.infact I called everyday to get an update with zero call backs. On Friday Sept 21st I called and was informed by a customer service person "Pete" that they had not found a trucking company, at thattime I informed him that 9/22 at noon was my cut-off. From that point on i would have to get anew moving company and they were to return my deposit. The agreement I signed doesnot limit me to a specfic cancellation period nor does it state in any way that my deposit in full would not be returned. Get a Moving Company did not fulfill their end of the deal. Nothing was scheduled, no contact not even a phone call and repeated demands / reqyuests for my monies have yet to be answered. This company is simply on track to STEAL my deposit with no basis simple theft. I contacted them daily and had no choice but to end the deal with less than 48 hours to go before pickup and no mover identified. A corrupt company whose intention in my opinion is commit internet fraud against poor unspecting customers who have to move quickly.
