I have changed phone co. Due to work mandates. You can call me at my new number but I would prefer all correspondents be in writing on the web for obvious reasons. I have all tracking info on your equipment, as stated in prior e-mail. I have been turned over to a collections agency for a sum of $71.89. Yet dish network owes me $1142.31. Your collection dept. Has no problems finding my address account # and new phone #. I understand this is a large corp. With multi dept. Yet in the past when I have called your co. They have quoted word for word all past conversations
