I placed a order and they refuse to answer my email, fax, phone

I ordered over $100.00. I have called, faxed and emailed. Still nothing. My order was placed on sept. 17,07. Everytime i call the recording says i'm the first caller and my wait time is 3min. Then 3min. Comes and goes.
