Ripoff can not get a hold of the company to discuss a refund for order i didn't receive

I placed an internet order form inksoutlet on june 18. At the time i placed the order, when i hit the submit order button, the screen went black and when the site came back, i was on a different page and was not sure that my order was placed. So like an idiot i placed the order again and later when i checked my email i had two order confirmations. I emailed that evening about my mistake and tried to call the follwing day with no success in reaching anyone. A day or two later i received a call from someone there and was asked if i had meant to order two of the same thing on the same day a minute apart? I was thrilled that they noticed and contacted me. At this point i had a warm fuzzy feeling about the inksoutlet people. I received the one order and when i received my credit card bill a couple weeks later discovered i was charged for both orders. I have been trying to call them since. Every number i find is not a working number. I have faxed them and it did go through but i have gotten no response to the fax or to the email i sent to thier customer service dept. Needless to say the warm fuzzy feeling is gone.
