Mattress Frim - Jimmy Readerman Ripped me off, Had no customer service or the guts to even talk with me, Had to take them to court

Purchased the most expensive mattress, Stern and Foster. Paid extra for the waterproof coating. Befor a year was up it had a 1 foot deep dent on both sides that caused back pain. I contacted the company and got the run around for about 3 months (they figured they could put me off until the warranty ran out) We of course filled out the paper work and did not here back until calling them on 5 different ocassions. They sent a guy out to inspect it and he said it was defective and that he see's this all the time, ie it is common for the sterns and foster.
Another month went by and we were told to pick out a new mattress and come by the warehouse to pick it up. Or they could deliver for 75.00, I have a truck so I wanted to pick it up, We took the mattress and put it in the back of the truck and drove down to the warehouse. I gave the guy my printed information and I showed him the mattress, he then took 45 min's took go to the back and pick one out. When he came back to my truck he then said he would not give it to me because mine was not in a bag and futher more that I had just void my warranty because I had transported it 5 miles in my truck with out a bag. I was very upset this thing cost $2000.00. I was not told to put it in a bag, plus were would I get one for a mattress this thick. I told him I wanted to speak to someone in the office or I was not going to leave. So he went back to the office and called the police and told them I was threating him. I was then ask to leave by the police.
I called and called down to main office and ask to speak to Jimmy Readerman the owner. He would not return my calls, so I went to the store where I bought it and explained that needed to talk to him. I was told by the store employee that I should have payed the $75.00 to have it delivered and that I would not get a mattress ever. We wrote letters to the Spineless Jimmy Readerman and continued to call to no avail. So we took him to court the day befor our court date he had one of is minions call and ask us if we would like a new mattress, we told him that we would be willing to take the mattress but wanted our court cost back, about $100.00, they said no. So we went to court and sued him for the court cost after we picked up our mattress.
Jimmy Readerman was a guttless coward during the whole ordeal, this process took a year to settle, there customer service and disput resolution is a joke and there warehouse idoit should run the company because he is making all of the warranty decisions.
WE WILL NEVER! Go back to this joke of company BEWARE! They have and will rip people off.
