Took money for services not performed - will not return phone calls

My wife an I called to have two trees removed from our property and to have the stumps removed. After being promised that they would return the following week to remove the stumps (which we paid extra for) they never showed. After our repeated attempts to contact the owner, Bryan Landgraf, and leaving messages each time, he has refused to return any of our calls.

He has accepted money for services not rendered.
