Take advantage of my Child Lantana

Well I must say RAC has came to their lowest with me. I've been a long time customer with RAC, I currently own (8) items and about to pay off my 9th. I've had some payment problems with my last item and only have 91.00 to go on a Computor other than that I've been a good paying customer. I've lost a family member and they didn't have burial insurance so eveyone in the family chipped in. While out of town my neighbors are looking after my 17 old teenager and house sitting, RAC came to the house serveral times but of course no one is home.

On 9/15/07 they got besides themselves by banging on my front door and proceeded to (3) of my front windows. My Son was at the house this a. M getting ready for work and opened the door and told them that his parents isn't home, he also advised them they were trespassing by banging on the windows. Now tell me why would a grown RAC employee get into an argument with my child because he won't provide personal info to them adn made threats, that employee was very lucky that I wasn't at home.

My neighbors checked my windows for damages and contacted me. I sent a complaint to the Corp Office. If anyone plans file a class action against RAC I'm so in. They are soo unprofessional, I now see why that store has such a high turn over in employees.
