Poor service!

Each year, I create a photobook for my child, and we notice like a household the night time of her birthday. I have created atleast four publications with Snapfish and also have been pleased previously. But this time around, I requested my guide nearly per month beforehand. It's currently five times prior to the special day, and after fourteen days of e mailing backwards and forwards with customer support, I've ultimately attained somebody qualified enough to inform me my purchase didn't "add correctly." Evidently "executive continues to be approached." Our guide is likely to be out in "2 to 3 times, " based on the email I obtained. I'm challenging free fast delivery, hoping that it'll arrive here when required. They be seemingly overlooking this demand! I can not look for a quantity to keep in touch with a genuine individual, which may be very useful within this scenario!
