Up to $1,000.00 per call according to FDCPA

I have sent an certified letter with a signature required to CBCS. As of 2/26/08, they had received the letter. Tonight they called!!! They can't read or they have deep enough pockets to pay the fines up to $1,000.00 per incident in small claims court.

I've started the phone log to show that CBCS has violated FDCPA laws.
