Photos and negatives lost!

Delivered an order to York Laboratories to possess 69 disadvantages increased to 8x10. Overall price - 124.20. I covered my bundle for $1000 and shipped it out. They obtained it and stated to possess delivered the movie out - without any following range! When I e-mail and have about my purchase I am told I must "delay 10 times". Its been 2 weeks now. I'll never cope with these scammers again!!!
