I bought land using this company then asked for a discount if I used them for my construction loan a they said they would give me a discount then THEY PUT THE SCREWS TO ME BIG TIME. Ripoff

Do not use this company as they will charge you much more in fees and title charges than most. I am not new to buying property and I was majorly screwed by using this company. They are very nice on the phone though. So if you want nice, go with these people. If you want to be ripped off, go right ahead and call Lawyers Title in Pensacola.
