Full of liars

I am a small business owner and tried to lower my overhead cost, instead got trapped with a company who is known by so many different names and so much lies. An account executive from merchant services stopped by at my store and offered my wife a lower card processing rates. She signed a paper stating that there was no contract term and was month to month basis. When the machine arrived We figured out that they didn't provide full service, and he suggested that we should keep both card processing companies and run gift cards with original company and continue card processing with them. So to do that I would require one more phone line, I was shocked to hear that. I started calling the people in the company and each one I spoke to gave me a new number to call and a new compny name.

Finally I called this guy up asking him to cancel my account as we were in the 30 day period, and was suprised to hear that there was a $495.00 cancelation fee. I did not even use their service for a day and was charged that fee for I don't know where as most companies give 30 day period to decide if you like to keep the service.

This company is full of people, who either don't know what they are doing or are just targeting small businesses.
