Cer group flakiest buyers and flakiest company ever

These guys bring flakey buyers, they are no where to be found for updates or statuses on loans, people go from ordering docs one day to disappearing off the face of the earth the next. 1 transaction has been going on for close to 4 mos before seller pulled the plug, didnt even get the lousy deposit. The 2nd transaction has been going on for close to 2 mos now and we havent even seen a preapproval from a lender and he wont get the lousy deposit either... They blow smoke up your A* to keep you in the loop but they never will perform. They ordered appraisals and didnt even pay for them, the sellers had to pay for them to keep their names in good standing. Just a joke all around, lies, bs'ers and wont even give you the courtesy of returning a call or email.
