I receieved a card in the mail early July stating I could receive 4000.00 credit card and a trip for 4 to Florida. On July 12 I agreed to let them take 199.95 from my debit card. The so called card arrived last week as did 2 catalogs of limited poor quality merchandise I am supposed to order from 3 times at 99.00 each time before I will receive a credit card.

No way did I think this is what I was getting. The trip to Florida is for a married couple or a couple living together. Neither situation fits me.

The refuse to give me back my money after numerous phone calls with them hanging up on me twice. I do not want cheap merchandise nor can I use the trip. I will never be able to use this and they still refuse me my money.

Please help me get my 199.95 back into my account. Thank you Laurie Ware 9/5/00

I called today after another so called perk of their so called credit card wasn't canceled as my request last week. They offered home insurance through Household Protection at 99.00 a year billed annually.

I canceled last week but Credit Processing Center went ahead and took my money out of my account anyway causing a bank charge of 20.00 because I didn't have the money in there. The next day the bank paid it and charged me 20.00.. So now on top of 199.95 and 99.00 they owe me 20.00 in bank fees. They refused to give me the company corporate headquarters location and/or phone number. Thank you again Laurie Ware
