Illegally took money from my bank acct. After transaction cancelled Ripoff

I filed a claim with signal corp. I paid my 50.00 deductable via check by phone, I then looked up the replacement phone they were going to give me and I didn't like it, I then (15 min. Later) called them back and cancelled the whole thing, they assured me no phone would be sent out and my bank acct. Would not be debited, weel 3 day's later the 50.00 was taken out of my acct. My bank reversed the charges as unauthorized, I called signal immedietly and let them know, they said it would be no problem, a week later I get a letter from telecheck, signal filed a claim with them. They want the original 50.00 (for a phone i didn't receive) plus 30.00 for the unpaid eft. I called signal corp. Finally got a very friendly and understanding supervisor, who said she would fwd. All the info. To her boss, who said he would take care of it. 3 wk. S later (and many phone calls and apologies), still telecheck say's they haven't heard anything from signal corp admitting thier mistake, so I can't write a check anywhere. So so ANGRY!!! How can one company make a mistake with telecheck and ruin your credit and check writing everywhere. I would sue them if I knew how!!
