Michael graves loves to take your money instead of photos ripoff

This agency has prior compaints through the local BBB, they love to claim customer service and love to say the "check's in the mail". I dont live in BFE for a refund not to come to me within mmmm 3 months. They were happy to take their fees for sitting, and photos; however they lost the photos and offered a re-shoot. Most parents did not want a reshoot after the event had already occured and were promised refunds. No return phone calls, no refunds ever recieved.

Very POOR Service and NO RESPECT for clients.
IF you ever need to get portraits do NOT CALL THIS MAN.
