Fraudulently charged my credit card for useless service

I signed up for a 3 month trial membership in July to locate an address for my estranged brother. The $39.95 fee was useless and within 15 minutes of signing up I asked that my subscription be cancelled and my credit card reimbursed. I assumed this had taken place until I saw my credit card bill.

On Sunday, August 26th, I received another $39.95 charge to my credit card for another $39.95 trial membership that I did not authorize. I have tried repeatedly e-mailing this company and calling a number listed on the website and I have been unable to reach a live person and no human has tried to contact me. This is a scam operation and needs to be stopped.
