Charged my credit card twice for service I was not able to use on the website, I could not log in Miami, The Keys florida

I purchased a 3 day trial on the website on Dec 27, my credit card was charged butI was never able to log on to use the services they said were providedin the membership. I called the phone number provided to ask for support. A person called me back and left a message. I tried again with no luck tolog on. After a while I gave up. Then on Feb 26, my credit card was
charged again $39.99. I tried to use the service on the website but was again unable to log on, I called the support service and received a message to use the website support@razoreye.com.
I used it to cancel my membership. I am extremely disappointed. This was a total rip off.
