Ordered Tshirts 6 months ago that were never received. Have called and emailed with no reply back. Ripoff

Our company made 3 separate orders: one for $1,587.50 (300 Tshirts), $715.00 (130 Tshirts), and $320.00 (90 Tshirts). These were each made out in separate checks dated 3/1/07 and all 3 have cleared the bank. Dates on all 3 invoices are 2/18/07.

As of today, 8/21/07, we have not received any of these orders. We have made repeated attempts via phone calls, leaving voicemails, and email, but with no reply to each. Any follow up or information that anyone can provide in allowing us to collect our monies or product would be greatly appreciated.

It appears that there is currently an active Public Consumer-Related Investigation by the Attorney General of Florida, Bill McCollum, Case # L07-3-1071. It lists addresses for Jane Beatty & Company, Inc. As 3465 Pinewalk Drive North, Margate FL 33063-7810 (Company), 9757 Arbor Oaks Lane #301, Boca Rotan, FL 33428 (Principal's address per corporate records), and 17577 Bridle Lane, Jupiter, FL (homestead address for Jane Beattie per property records search). I have made certain to relay to Jane Beatty & Company, Inc. That we have a set deadline for receiving our goods. I feel that our rights as a consumer have been violated and that sufficient notice and contact have been made by this company, as the buyer, such that the seller is aware that we now consider their failure to comply by sending our goods as specified an act of fraud.
