Charged regular price on sale item and refused to correct Ripoff

Circuit, City I once thought was a reputable business. My mind has been changed. I purchased a Linksys internet camera that was on sale from $125.00 to $99. I drove 30 miles out of the way in Northern Viginia traffic to get the sale price. I have a web copy of thier circular that shows the price when I bought it. When I received my credit card bill, it showed they charged me full price. I drove there again the day after I got my bill with the original sales receipt and the circular. After waiting in line for 45 minutes with 10-12 other people while most of there employees were running around playing grabass, I finally got to see the only person that was working at customer service. He tried at first to fix the rice, but then became very agitated and said that he cannot use there own circular for proof of price. Even though it was dated as well as there reciept. I sent a email to there HQ's and apparently they dont care enough about there customers to even respond. I did file a dispute with my credit card company over this, but now its not about the money. A measley $25 dollars this company prefers I shop elsewhere where there is still some customer service available, I will. But, I will also take all the business that my agency used to do with this company with me. A little customer service goes a long way, you are destined to go the way of Enron, Home Depot and several other LOSER companies... Love, Ron
