I ordered a cell phone Kyocera K132 from mycricket.com on Wednesday 8/14 and paid the 10 USD for the 2 Day shipping arrangement. Today is 8/20 and it has been six days since I placed my order online and still I have not received my cell phone.

I called the 1-866-900-CRKT (2758) phone number and asked what was going on with my delivery, and the lady told me that it was shipped today, and that I will receive it within two days.

I then asked for a refund of the 10 USD because I did not receive the cell phone Kyocera K132 within two business days. The lady flat out refused to refund the 10 USD that I paid for a delivery within two days. If I receive the cell phone in two days time as the lady said this would bring the total of 8 days since I placed my order with Cricket Communications. Out of those 8 days, 6 days were business days and the 2 days fell on Saturday and Sunday.

I believe this is fraud committed by Cricket Communications and should be dealt with accordingly.
