Paid for services they did not provide and are now MIA

We paid Tough Media Grop for an email campaign that was suppose to begin on 7/25/07. Have been calling their 866 and 702 numbers every day since; the 88 number was unanswered and is now busy; the 702 number says the mailbox is full. We have also sent emails with no response.
