Bad Loan Modification Radio Calls

On or about July 27, my company entered into a marketing contract with Plus Media Group. Plus Media Group was to deliver loan modification radio calls at a rate of $35 per unique call.

The calls that we received consisted of wrong numbers, hang ups, short calls, automatic dialer calls, and calls from non-existent numbers.

We have requested a refund of the monies paid to Plus Media Group, and as of today, their company has been non-compliant.
