We paid for our total wedding package album upfront and we got just the proofs from Bernie that was it! He told my wife and myself that the wedding album once we pick out the pictures we like that would take 2 months and we waited for the 3 months and we call Bernie several times he said that we would get them but we never recieve them.

It was 6 months went pass and he keep tell us that they were on back order and it was almost finish. He promise us both last year in Feb 22 that he'll meet us at the White Castle in Lombard and bring it. We call him and he never return any phone calls and still to this day we still haven't receive our wedding album. All I want is the wedding album or the pictures to be release. Thats all I want!
