Wedding album - Wedding album

I spent six months designing an album for my wedding. I finally sent it in mid December '08. I received it a few days before Christmas. (Remind you, this is a $530 flush mount album) There were several pages that they did not print correctly as they used the wrong sized binding for the number of pages, so the binding was pulling away from the pages as soon as I opened it. I sent it back with no problem to have it repaired. I just received it on January 23. The binding was much better with the correct size, but there was an incorrect setting page as well as a layout of someone else's wedding!!! I argued with them to even consider a discount, considering the album is going to be two months late, and the hassle I went through to receive a correct album (rushing it to a fed ex drop off location which is an hour trip one way. And I have yet to see the corrected album!
