Horizon Gold Card
Fraud and cheating!

I never triggered the card after I first got it and discovered that it had been a customer card only. I had been generated think it had been a normal charge card. I attempted to obtain the costs ceased but noone may contact me and that I can't-get them to stop getting my bill. Please inform me just how to quit this smb!
