Refusal to return money taken without my knowledge

I named Horizon Gold Card Business to stop my card and obtain the cash back they'd obtained oput of my banking account without my understanding creating my consideration to over-draw. After I named to stop they did so but declined to come back my money-back in my experience. The corporation is just a total fraud. I never received the card or any notice allowing me understand what these were doing. Don't remove a card with this particular organization. Their only curiosity would be to grab your cash and sidestep their way around providing it back.
