Snap Modeling And Talent Agency
The company owner/manager is withholding checks for work done on movies and commercials that have been paid to me, even though she doesn't have a signed contract as my agent

Was approached by MS. Santangelo to see if i might be interested in doing some modeling and maybe a body double in a commercial that she was casting for and when she found out i had a history in the Theater she was interested in talking with me more.

Within a two weeks i was on a movie set doing some stand in work, MS. Santangelo kept telling me she would bring me contract to sign and go over being my manager and signing me with Arthur-Arthur Talent Agency.

After film there was payment problems, and Arthur-Arthur Talent Agency got upset that many of us got paid direct from film company and started withholding checks and causing problems, MS. Sanangelo, still no contract from me wouldn't take care of problem, i did, but told agency that i didn't like the fact that they were so unorganized in handling simple problems.

During this time i also did a commercial for ITT Tech which MS. Santangelo didn't handle set up paper work or follow through on and had check sent to her. But as of yet there is still no payment sent to me. She has no contract.

She has told me in the past that i had to use her photographer for all my portfolio shots, i have a private professional photographer, have lined up clients for her and she said each of them had to use her photographer, and each of them had professional portfolios.

She had promised to pay my way to Connections in July but as of this time has cost me more money than even come close to making me and seems to be more of a scam artist than the real thing, running a class on modeling and how to go to auditions from her home, when she had never even been in a movie or on a set until this year. I just don't want anyone ELSE to be cheated out of Money by her.
