Movie Work Now Casting claims to be a talent casting agency.

I was told by Barbara Capra an agent of the agency that Movie Work Now Casting was in "desperate need" of African American talent and that the movie and modeling agencies were threatning to leave AZ if such talent could not be found.

Under this gross misrepresentation, I paid $350 for services. Later when I realized her statements weren't true I requested a refund. When my request for a refund was denied, I requested that she proove these statements.

She nor the company could proove them and the company has since denied that these statements were ever made.

I reported the incident to the Better Business Bureau of Arizona and also to the Arizona Attorney General's office and both said that the incident was at an "impasse" because it is my word against the company's.

Consumer beware!!! This company will say anything to get people to sign up and to take their money!
