Credit card fraud ripoff

I listed some dogs on this site, and never sold anything. I canceled the account and still a year later they are charging the credit card. I have searched for a phone number (funny). I have sent emails, no response.
So far we have lost 260.00 dollars from this scam, and no one to talk to.
This has to stop! Where do i begin?
