I used to work for this company, the guy is ripping off so many companies and families, its really a shame. He charges for all kinds of extras that the people don't get and they think that this company is providing them with what is needed to keep their fish alive. 1 of his favorite schemes is to charge a customer for a new artificial plant. This wouldn't be problem but the plants come out the following month and get cleaned up and put in someone else's tank. He does the same with plastic decorations like roman pillars and castles, the bad part is sometimes 2 or 3 customers pay for the same ornament.

The most despicable thing about the owner of this company is how much he would brag to me and other male CUSTOMERS regarding his years of infidelity. Apparently he cheated on his wife with many women for a few years. One of his wife's friends found out about 1 of thee affairs and told him to confess or she would tell his wife herself. His punchline to that story was that his wife never knew how many women he had affairs with when he was supposed to be cleaning fish tanks. Yeah real funny, most of the customers were as disgusted as i was listening to that.

The conclusion here is to check your bill if you use this guy, he is very tricky. And remember-when he is stuttering, he's lying.
