Shopping-Essentials.com Charges to my card not authorized Internet

I checked my credit card statement and found charges from shopping essentials.com. I never had even heard of this company but apparently restaurants.com sold my info to them and they began to charge my account monthly. I am extremely busy and have my card paid automatically every month. Apparently the scam outfit relies on getting away with a charges as long as possible until the credit card company requires a refund. It is amazing that the credit card companies do not stop them from having account priviledges.
