Screwed me! Ripoff

I live in Broward, I got a ticket in Brevard (Melbourne) the ticket was only 86$ (9 miles over). I was worried about pts., I had some pts., don't no how many.
I went to The Ticket Clinic thinking I would pay a flat fee & be done w/it. The girl who helped me made copies tookk my 100$ & said wait till u get a letter & call us. 10 mins I was in & out. She never said anything abou court fees or how the process worked. My fault. I no! But its her job to inform me. The next day she called me & said I needed to pay another 40$, but couldnt explain why, I couldnt get my $ back so I paid, still thinking that was it. Well I never heard from them. I called & was given 3 different numbers, after which I was told I would be receiving a leyter. I got it & was shocked to find out I have to pay 248$ for fines & take an 8hr DD course 60$. I called and asked to speak w / the "attorneys" in charge, no answer, I also wrote an email, no answer. Anyways I called Brevard County, & AAA the both said all I had to do was take a 4hr DD course and send it in w/my 86$ and I wouldnt get pts. Im paying over 400$ when I could have paid a little over 100$. Those people are thevies! IF You get a ticket take the 4hr course and pay it, dont mess w/these kind of people.
