Ripoff advertising scam

I singed up to advertise with this company for a 3 month term. I talked to the sales rep all the time. He called me at leat once every 2 weeks or so to see how things were going. After the 2 month I had talked to him and told him it wasnt working out and I wasnt going to be renewing my advertisment. He was aware of this. Well 2 months after my 3 month term I picked up a copy of the book and noticed I was still there, checked with my bank and what do you know I was still being charged. I called up the company and explained this and they told me Oh well you had to call after your 3 months to cancel or else you automatically have a year contrract. Something they never told me. Regardless of that I had already told the sales rep I wasnt renewing it. Of course he denied everything and told me I was a lying. He refused to refund me my money and charged me another 100 dollar cancellation fee. I know he knew what he was doing because he went from calling me every two weeks to never right after I told him I wanted to cancel. It's just a scam unless the advertising works out for you I guess.
