Ripoff Lost package that was shipped through vendor PAKMAIL

On June 13, I shipped a box through PAKMail, who in turn used DHL as the shipper. This box was to be delivered to a residence in Chicago IL. After a week and the receiver had not received the box. I had PAKMAIL do a follow up. After several DHL informs them that the box had been signed for on the 15 of June. I assured them that the recipient had not signed nor had they received the box.

I then started to inquire, and have documented all of my inquires. I have found out that DHL's driver had a signature. This signature was neither of the receiver nor their spouse. DHL could not tell me what address the box was left. They were reluctant in trying to locate the driver to ask if they could recall where they left the box. I was also informed, that the regular driver for that route did not work on that day.

Using the Internet I was able to locate the tracking of the box and noted that the signature was not of the receiver or a neighbor, as they tried to claim. I can only assume that the box was delivered to an incorrect address, which in my book means that it was stolen.

The box was never found and DHL has disputed the error. They have inconvient me and the shipper (PAKMail). They are having us to justify the contents as well as fax them numerous documents. They are asking the shipper to file a claim, in which this has not been an easy process. We (PAKMAIL) have been fighting with them for almost two months. Customer services have been despicable.
